Aus einer Email, die ich neulich erhielt:

I recently made a purchase of the Apple iPhone from a company called XXXX. I paid for the phone via Western Union money transfer. After a couple of days I recieved an email stating that the phone was being held in The China Customs Warehouse. I paid, again via Western Union, the taxes to supposedly get the package released. Since the last payment, the company will not respond to my emails, they have not sent my goods & I am £307 out of pocket. Please can you help me. the other trading name of XXXX is YYY. … in Luohe. Henan Province. China.”

Leider ist die Masche weit verbreitet. Eine chinesische Firma bietet ein Produkt an, oft zum halben Preis. Der Service ist professionell und schnell, Kontakt per skype. Da wird natürlich jede Vorsicht über Bord geworfen. Zahlung dann per Western Union.  Das unverschämteste an der Masche ist, dass der falsche chinesische Lieferant dann noch versucht einen Nachschlag zu erhalten, indem er die Sache mit dem Zoll erfindet. Danach bricht der Kontakt plötzlich ab, das Produkt und sein Geld sieht man nie wieder.

Ich kann nur jedem raten, der günstige Angebote von Markenprodukten aus China im Internet findet, vorsichtig zu sein oder  am besten die Finger davon zu lassen.
